Service Description

KT Notify is an independent ticket availability notification service. We monitor public ticket pages and send SMS alerts to subscribers when tickets become available. We do not sell tickets, guarantee ticket availability, or have any relationship with ticket vendors or venues.

Subscription & Billing

  • KT Notify costs $1.99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.
  • You may cancel at any time through your dashboard or Stripe billing portal.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months.

SMS Alerts

  • Alerts are sent via SMS to the phone number you provide.
  • Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
  • Message frequency varies based on ticket availability events.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. Reply HELP for support.

No Guarantees

While we strive for real-time accuracy, we cannot guarantee:

  • That alerts will be delivered instantly or without delay
  • That you will be able to purchase tickets after receiving an alert
  • Continuous, uninterrupted monitoring of ticket pages
  • The accuracy of ticket availability information

KT Notify is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KT Notify or Zoar Technology LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to missed ticket opportunities or SMS delivery failures.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
